7 Months Old

Our little seven-monther is sweeter than ever. She's rolling and scooting (backwards on her back?), still trying to master that whole "sitting" thing, talking up a storm (which is hilarious because she holds her mouth open all crooked like she's talking out the side of her face), eating everything, sleeping unswaddled finally, and (I think) getting a tooth.

We had a fun Valentine's Day...J liked painting love notes for everyone and decorating some pretty pink cupcakes. He did such a nice job putting all the "sparkles" on (his interpretation of the word "sprinkles"), I had to let him have one.

He wanted to wear a baby too after he saw me with Evie. Actually, he wanted to put Indy in there...I talked him into the doll instead. You're welcome, Indy.

    So happy to be a part of your beautiful family. Evie is simply gorgeous and I'm not just saying that because I'm her Mimi. J is quite the adorable pastry chef!

    I consider myself a pretty involved parent. Yet I had no clue that she was scooting or had a tooth! Great post hun :)

    Well, I think she's getting a tooth. That was just my way of consoling myself about her horrible sleeping lately. And the scooting thing...I know I already confessed about the "abyss" incident.
