A Big Day!

Julian had his four month checkup today and he weighed 16 lbs, 11 ounces and was 26 1/4″ long. That’s 90th percentile for height and 75th for weight. The doc said he looked great and is doing all the things he’s supposed to at his age. Then, just to be a showoff, J rolled over for the first time right there on the table!!

The doc said she saw a couple teeth starting to come in already too. He did very well with his shots, he just cried a little. (And I did much better this time–no tears!) But I think they made him extra fussy tonight though. Poor little guy had a big day and needs a good night’s sleep!

The doctor gave the go-ahead to try some cereal, so we did tonight. He did very well–especially for being tired and cranky. Here are some pictures of Julian’s first attempt at cereal:
